ICT ministry to bolster ties with Venezuela, Cuba

TEHRAN –A delegation led by the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Minister, Sattar Hashemi, is paying a visit to South America and the Caribbean region to boost joint efforts in the ICT sector.
