Third "Iran Exhibition" to Open in Tokyo Soon

TOKYO -- The Islamic Republic will hold it's third "Iran Exhibition" in Tokyo from September 16 to 19, to present a wide variety of Iranian export products, the Iranian embassy announced here on Wednesday.
The embassy said the exhibition will be organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and the International Exhibitions Company of Iran at the Akasakai Hall of the JETRO.
An official with the department of economy of the embassy told IRNA that 12 Iranian companies and eight institutions, as well as eight Japan-based Iranian enterprises will attend the exhibition.
The official added that the exhibition will showcase Iran's products in areas such as foods, nuts, handicrafts, and tourism.
He also said that two business groups from Iran's western province of Kurdestan and the Kish Free Trade Zone will participate in the exhibition for investment talks with Japanese officials.
