TEHRAN (Mehr News Agency) – Iran won its first match in the Asian Men’s Volleyball Championships in Tianjin, northeast of China, Friday as it breezed past Qatar.

Iran thrashed the Qatari side in three straight sets 25-19, 25-17, 25-20.

Japan is the second opponent Iran will meet Saturday.
