UNITED NATIONS (IRNA) -- President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Tuesday addressed the 61st annual session of the UN General Assembly in New York. In his speech, he criticized the new world order that has emerged in contemporary times as shown in global interactions where "certain powers equate themselves with the international community and whose decisions are to be controlling over those of 180 others."
