Pars Oil and Gas Company (P.O.G.C), which is an affiliate of the National Iranian Oil Company intends to drill eight development wells in South Pars Field located in the Persian Gulf. Tenderers are hereby invited for the provision of the required integrated drilling services.

This invitation to tender shall be construed neither as a proposal to enter into a Contract nor as a public offer. This letter of invitation to tender, and the acknowledgement of receipt of any submitted tender, shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the P.O.G.C nor shall entitle the tenderers to claim any indemnity from P.O.G.C. Only those Contractors that are found qualified by Pars Oil & Gas Co. shall be invited to participate in the above-mentioned tender, therefore, disqualified Contractors shall have no claim against N.I.O.C/P.O.G.C.
