TEHRAN (IRNA) -- Iran defeated Syria in Youth Basketball Championship in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium on Saturday evening by 100 to 73.

The Iranian team beat Malaysia in its first match in the framework of Asian Youth Basketball Championship by 102 to 61.
In another game on Saturday, South Korea defeated Saudi Arabia by 103 to 97.
