TEHRAN -- Iran is to take part at the 10th IFIUS World Inter-university Games to be held in Budapest, Hungary, from October 6 to 10.    A total of 68 university teams from more than 20 countries will take part at IFIUS (International Federation for Inter-university Sport).    Nearly 1,500 students and officials will be part of this unique and sportive fest with participants from Qatar, Panama, Kazakhstan, Bahrain, the Russian Federation, Iran, Turkey and many other countries from all over Europe.   The previous edition was held in Vienna, Austria
