TEHRAN -- Tehran’s Homa Gallery will host a group photo exhibition under the title of “Indoor Photography” starting October 16.

Organized by Arman Estepanian, the exhibit will display photos by several artists including Sadeq Tirafkan, Rana Javadi, Gohar Dashti, Nazli Abbaspur, Babak Kazemi, Farshid Mesqali and Arman Estepanian.
In a note, Shahruz Nazari explained about “indoor Photography or indoor of the Photography” saying that social and historical limitations which Iranian photographers confront force them to “reconstruct” truth in their photos.
“Some people believe that photos should be taken only at an appropriate time and in an appropriate setting, but in Iranian photography, photos show the true connection between truth and the art of photography,” he mentioned.
The exhibit will run until October 20 at the gallery located at 27 Chehrazi St., near the intersection of Niayesh Highway and Vali-e Asr Ave
