Chelsea to make swoop for Inter's Sneijder

Netherlands international Wesley Sneijder could be on his way out of Italian title holders Inter at the end of the season, as Premier League titans Chelsea have shown an interest in signing the playmaker.

The London side are in the market for a new attacking midfielder to replace the ageing Frank Lampard and the consider the 26-year-old to be the perfect replacement, according to a report in La Gazzetta dello Sport.
