The Champions League final could be in line for a shock return to Wembley Stadium in 2013, according to the Daily Mail.

It is understood that Uefa are considering making a swift return to London with their showpiece event after being impressed with the success of last month's final between Manchester United and Barcelona and because of commercial issues with other potential host venues.
Wembley staff were praised by Uefa for their professionalism and efficiency in hosting the event, which the governing body hailed as the best European final they had staged since the competition was re-branded the Champions League in 1992.
Next year's final is scheduled to be held at the Allianz Arena in Munich, but going forward Uefa is said to be keen to avoid stadiums with naming rights deals in place which clash with the tournament's main sponsors.
Should Wembley be chosen it is likely that the FA would have no objection to the decision, given that they made a £1 million profit on hosting the final this time around and that 2013 happens to be the organisation's 150th anniversary.
Wembley has already hosted six European Cup finals, more than any other stadium, and the 2013 award would also mark the first time the same stadium has hosted the event twice in three seasons.
It is also understood that the capital's Olympic Stadium may be considered to host the Europa League final once it has been converted into a football stadium after next year's Olympic Games. (Source: Goal)
