Assembly of Experts candidates take exam

TEHRAN - On Sunday, candidates seeking a seat in the Assembly of Experts took the first of a series of exams they are required to pass.

The candidates were about 200 people, Said Sadooqi Mazandarani, on official with the assembly said, ILNA reported.

He pointed out that people with a scholastic permission from the Leader, or those who have previously been member to the assembly do not need to take the exam.
