@k= German Federal Foreign Office spokesman said that Russia and Iran are key players in settling the Syrian conflict.
“We cannot call into question the fact that Russia and Iran are very important participants in the Syrian [conflict] settlement for obvious reasons,” Martin Schaefer said, adding that it was also connected with “an impact and technical resources these countries are providing to [Syrian President] Bashar Assad’s regime.”
