TEHRAN- A 250kg Iranian woman who was suffering from heart attack was transported by the local fire station to hospital.

The 54-year old woman was living in the fourth floor of a building in the southwestern city of Ahvaz, and her movement was nearly impossible for the medical emergency team due to her overweight.

Rescuers from Ahvaz Municipality's Fire and Safety Services Organization briskly helped transfer the woman alive to the hospital, according to the Mehr news agency.
