TEHRAN – Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi plans to travel to Russia to attend the next meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which is scheduled to be held in Saint Petersburg on November 7.

The meeting will be held at the prime ministerial level.
