BRUSSELS A pile-up of more than 100 cars and trucks blocked the A19 motorway in southwestern Belgium for hours on Monday, but there were no deaths, Belgian media said. The road between Menen and Wevelgem was impassable both westbound and eastbound after a car broke through the central barrier in a bank of thick fog, setting off a series of crashes, police were quoted as saying.
