TEHRAN – An informed source has denied reports that Ali Shamkhani is going to leave his position as secretary of the Supreme National Security Council for another post.

The unnamed source told Mehr on Saturday that earlier reports had wrongly related the tardiness of a series of investigations into biological assassinations to the replacement of Shamkhani.
