TEHRAN- 17 international shipping lines directly commute to the Iranian ports including Shahid Rajaee port and Chabahar port in south, Iranian Transport and Urban Development Minister Abbas Akhoundi announced, the semi-official Khabar Online news website reported on Wednesday.

Akhoundi who made the remarks during his visit to the western Iranian province of Chaharmahal-Bakhtiari added that the international shipping lines enjoy low transportation costs and tariffs in Iranian ports and that will improve the volume of Iran’s trade transactions.
