TEHRAN – Hossein Rahmat has been appointed as director of Protection and Security at the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI).

AEOI chief Ali Akbar Salehi also appointed Rahmat’s predecessor as his own advisor and assistant, ISNA reported.
