TEHRAN -- Azerbaijani kamancheh virtuoso Imamyar Hasanov is scheduled to hold a five-day master class in Tehran during March.

The master class, which is scheduled to open on March 11, will focus on the techniques of playing kamancheh in Azerbaijani music, the Persian service of Honaronline announced on Wednesday. 

Hasanov has previously held a master class in Tabriz in September 2016. He has also given several performances with Iranian musicians in Tehran and several other European countries.
