TEHRAN – Minister of Education Mohammad Bat’haei appointed poet Fazel Nazari as the new director of the Institute for Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (IIDCYA) on Tuesday.

Nazari replaced Alireza Hajianzadeh who had held the position since 2013.

Nazari was the former director of Tehran’s Art Bureau. He is the author of “Cries of the Emperor”, “The Minority”, “Book” and several poetry collections.
