Germany, France, Britain vow to stick to nuclear deal even if U.S. pulls out

On Monday, Germany and France joined Britain in a public push to convince Donald Trump not to pull out of the nuclear deal reached in 2015 between Iran and six world powers.
Today Trump is going to decide to keep the U.S. in the nuclear deal or not.
Speaking in Berlin at a joint press conference with the French foreign minister, German Foreign Minister Heiko Mass said: “We believe that this agreement makes the world safer and without this agreement the world would be less safe. We fear a failure [of the nuclear accord] would result in an escalation.”
French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian also said France, Germany, and Britain have resolved that they will stick to the Iran nuclear deal, irrespective of Trump’s decision.
“We are determined to save this deal,” Le Drian said on May 7.
