TEHRAN – Families of martyred nuclear scientists met on Friday morning with Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, ISNA reported.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of Ayatollah Khamenei’s meeting with government officials and envoys of Islamic countries making Eid al-Fitr festivities.

Families of martyred nuclear scientists including Shahriari, Ali Mohammadi, Rezaeinejad and Ahmadi Roshan attended the meeting.

Four Iranian nuclear scientists – Masoud Alimohammadi, Majid Shahriari, Darioush Rezaeinejad and Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan – were assassinated between the years 2010 and 2012. Another scientist, Fereydoon Abbasi, was wounded in an attempted assassination. Israel’s spy agency Mossad is the chief suspect behind their assassinations.
