TEHRAN – A group of 40 military attaches from 28 countries paid an official visit to the Air Force’s Shahid Lashgari Air Base in Mehrabad on Saturday morning.

Brigadier General Mohammad Tasviyehchi, the commander of the base, as well as a number of top military officials accompanied the visitors, Mehr reported.

The military attaches were briefed on different parts of the base, including the overhaul section and simulation centers.

They also left notes extending gratitude for being given the chance to visit the base and called for moves to broaden bilateral relations.
