Iran exports nuclear medicine to 14 countries: AEOI spokesman

TEHRAN – Behrooz Kamalvandi, spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), has said that Iran exports nuclear medicine to 14 countries, including two European states.
“There exists a suitable situation in providing the needed medicine of one million consumers in the country,” Kamalvandi said, Mehr reported on Thursday.
He added that most of the medicine are produced using nuclear reactors.
The spokesman also said the efficiency of fossil power plants decreases with rising temperatures but the efficiency of the Bushehr nuclear power plant does not decrease in such conditions.
