No Iranian bank accounts frozen in Oman

TEHRAN- According to the latest announcement of Iran-Oman Joint Chamber of Commerce, none of the Iranians’ bank accounts have been frozen in Oman, the portal of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) reported.

Denying the rumors of blockage of Iranians bank accounts in Oman, ICCIMA elaborated that due to the negotiations conducted between Iranian and Omani high ranking officials and banking managers, the proper ground has been set for increasing the mutual economic ties between the two countries’ businessmen.

All the accounts of Iranian companies and investors in Oman, complying with regulations including rules of money laundry, are presently open and operating with no restrictions, the announcement added.
