Iranian interior minister meets Iraqi counterpart

TEHRAN — Iranian Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi discussed facilitation of Arba’een pilgrimage with his Iraqi counterpart Osman al-Ghanemi in Tehran on Tuesday. Referring to the strong cultural and religious affinities of the two countries, Vahidi said that the Arb’aeen ritual is “an inseparable cultural and religious link” between the two nations.
