The unique ecology of Shadegan wetland

Shadegan wetland in the southwestern province of Khuzestan covers 530,000 hectares, 400,000 hectares of which have been designated as a Ramsar site, recognizing its unique ecology as well as cultural, and recreational value.

Thanks to its very rich and diverse geographical location, it attracts many tourists every year, especially during the Noruz holidays.
