TEHRAN The Kuwaiti health minister conducted an operation through applying the latest surgery method, "gastric banding", on a patient suffering from obesity last Thursday.
The surgery, carried out for the first time in Iran, was conducted through laparoscopy system in Tehran's Navy Hospital.
