Jaam-e Jam 3 Network Opens for Asia-Pacific Region Early Next Year
Mohammadi, who is in China at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart told IRNA in an exclusive interview that Iranians living in these areas and Persian language speakers can use this service as soon as it is operational.
This new satellite television network will cover areas in India, Pakistan, China and Australia, said Aqa-Mohammadi .
About the difference between its programs with Jaam-e Jam 1&2, he said that it will be different in its news programs since the area of its broadcast is different.
He said that the news program will focus more on events in the region.
There is no access to Persian language networks in East Asia and only those who have access to Internet can receive such programs, therefore it was necessary for IRIB to build a network in East Asia so that Iranians who live here would not be away from their traditions and cultures.
