Presidential Candidate Announces His Programs

TEHRAN Candidate for presidential election Shahabeddin Sadr here Tuesday blamed President Mohammad Khatami's government for immigration of Iranian experts and efficient work force to other countries.
He also claimed that the president's too much attention to political development was the cause of economic problems facing the country.
Sadr told a press conference that he had a special pattern for development of the country in tune with its geographical and climatic conditions, adding that his pattern focused on development of agriculture sector and its related industries.
