Rafsanjani: U.S. Playing Role of Neo-Colonialist in Afghanistan, Central Asia

TEHRAN -- By maintaining a military presence in Afghanistan and Central Asia, the United States is playing the role of a neo-colonialist, Expediency Council Chairman Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjai said on Sunday.
