TEHRAN -- Sacred defense plays are performed all around the country, on the occasion of the Sacred Defense Week and with the efforts of the Preserving Sacred Defense Works and Values Foundation and the revolution and sacred defense theater associations of 6 provinces.

West Azarbaijan from Sept. 26-28 with twelve street plays, Kerman Sept. 30 to Oct. 5 with three domestic plays, East Azarbaijan from Sept. 22-28 with five domestic plays, Kurdestan from Sept.

14-27 with twelve stage and five street plays, Kashan from Sep 26 to Oct. 4 with ten stage plays and four street ones and Tehran from Sept. 22 to Oct. 7 with four street and two puppet plays are honoring the Sacred Defense Theater Week.

A total of 56 stage, street and puppet plays are performed around the country.
