TEHRAN -- Born in 1954, Shiraz, she graduated in acting and directing from the University of Fine Arts in Tehran. In 1970 she started her acting career in theater.

She then went on to play in films such as Waiting Days and proved her talent with Banoo (1991).

Kheirandish has played several memorable roles in other films such as Glorious Day, Old Men's School (1991), The Face (1993) and Low Altitude, for which she received an honorary diploma as best supporting actress from the 20th Fajr International Film Festival.

Her many films include Waiting Days (1986), Night of the Event (1988), Glorious Day (1988), Under City Roofs (1989), The Edge of Blade (1992), Sweet Jam (2000), Low Altitude (2002) and Tokyo Nonstop (2002).

She has participated in the 21st Fajr Film Festival with Fifth Reaction and Donya.
