TEHRAN (Mehr News Agency) -- Head of Iran's Gymnastics Federation Sunday said the country's gymnasts will take part in a four-sided tournament in Yerevan, capital of Armenia.

According to the IGF Head Hassan Assadi, the event will be held on October 25-27 with participation of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iran, and Syria.

Iran comprises gymnasts Vahid Izadfar, Ali Azizi, Esmaeil Adhami, Amir-Hossein Haqiqi, Morteza Mirshamsi, Nader Hanifi, Soroush Pouladian, Youness Khodabandeh, Hamid-Reza Babaei, Ahmad Mahmoudi, Mohsen Mehrmand, and Vahid Kakavand.

Manager Mohammad Azari and coaches Reza Kheirkhah, Heidar Kazemi, Hossein Sardashti, Abazar Karimnejad, and Hossein Taherkhani will accompany the team.

Iran is prepping for 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar.
