Iran Carpet Company to be privatized

TEHRAN – The deputy commerce minister announced here on Wednesday that the Iran Carpet Company (ICC) will be privatized in line with enforcement of Article 44 of the Constitution.
Talking to MNA, Morteza Faraji obliged the private sector to follow the company’s former strategies on production of high-quality carpets.He said that the company’s goal was to globalize Iran’s hand-woven carpets which is fulfilled, adding the private sector has to maintain it.
