TEHRAN – Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Secretary, Saeed Jalili, discussed regional security issues with Indian National Security Advisor M.K. Narayanan in New Delhi on Saturday.

The two officials also discussed North-South corridor, mutual issues as well as international developments.
Jalili had visited India upon at official invitation by Narayanan. He met with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday.
Jalili called his talks with the Indian officials fruitful. He told reporters that discussions were held on the role of Iran and India as two important countries in the region
