Turkish ambassador summoned over attack on Iranians

altTEHRAN – The Iranian Foreign Ministry summoned Ankara’s Ambassador to Tehran Umit Yardim to protest the recent attack on Iranian passengers on Turkish soil and the relevant authorities’ failure to prevent it. 

Nine Iranian nationals were injured in an armed attack on a bus carrying Iranian nationals to Syria on November 15, which took place in the town of Arjish, near the city of Van in southern Turkey.
