TEHRAN Iran's Meteorological Organization announced here on Sunday afternoon country's weather forecast for today and tomorrow morning as follows: TEHRAN & QAZVIN PROVINCES: Half cloudy accompanied by occasional increases in clouds, spells of showers and winds CASPIAN SEA COAST: Half cloudy accompanied by fog, in some places becoming cloudy coupled with winds, gradually becoming less rainy NORTHWESTERN REGION: Partly to half cloudy, in some places accompanied by increasing clouds, sporadic rains, winds, gradually becoming less cloudy WESTERN, SOUTHWESTERN & CENTRAL REGIONS: Partly to half cloudy, in some places accompanied by spells of showers, probable thunder and lightning, gradually from the west becoming less cloudy coupled with winds NORTHEASTERN REGION: Half cloudy to cloudy accompanied by rains and winds SOUTHERN & SOUTHEASTERN REGIONS: Partly to half cloudy, in some places accompanied by winds, dust, in the coastal areas of the Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman with morning haze Meanwhile, according to the Meteorological Organization, the maximum temperature in Tehran today is expected to reach 15 degrees Celsius, two degrees higher than that of Sunday.
