Trump is gone, Khamenei remains; America's never-ending nightmare with "young Khamenei"
TEHRAN - No Iranian will ever forget the Minab incident; the day the criminal American army set fire to a school in Iran and martyred nearly 170 students, proving once again that the oppressor's garment is sewn only with the blood of children.
In continuation of this crime, the US and the Zionist regime made the biggest miscalculation in their history; they imagined that by cowardly assassinating the great leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, they could close the file of the Islamic Revolution forever.
The gambler Trump thought that by killing a great man, he could bring a nation to its knees and dictate to Iran who has the right to lead and who is unworthy. He had explicitly stated that Khamenei's son was "unacceptable" to him and thought he could manufacture a leader for Iran who would be inclined towards compromise and retreat.
But they were oblivious that the blood of martyrs awakens the nation and that divine will have other plans. The Assembly of Experts of the Iranian nation, with a historic and wise decision, elected Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei as the third leader of the Islamic Revolution with over eighty percent of the votes. Thus, America's folly backfired. They thought that by eliminating one Khamenei, the path of resistance would be closed, unaware that another Khamenei had risen, one who would not only continue his father's path but would be far more dangerous for American and Israeli interests.
And this is where the full dimensions of the disaster for America become clear. In the same terrorist attack that martyred the late leader of the revolution, they killed the new Iranian leader's mother, wife, sister, niece, and brother-in-law with over thirty bombs, and wounded him as well. This means the new leader of Iran is not just a politician or a revolutionary cleric; he is a primary victim of American crimes. He is someone who personally witnessed America's crime against his family and now bears the scars of shrapnel from America's crime on his own body, and is a veteran of the Ramzan [Karbala] operation. This means America is facing not just a revolutionary but determined leader. Trump thought killing a man would kill an avenging nation, but he unintentionally forged a leader and a nation for himself and his evil empire that is several times more filled with hatred for arrogance than his father.
The reaction of the world's media clearly showed the earthquake this choice caused within the axis of evil. An Israeli newspaper in its analysis explicitly cried out that "Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei is ten times more dangerous than Khamenei; he is a skilled and veteran fighter who has sought the elimination of Israel for years." The Huffington Post, in sheer bewilderment, wrote that Iran, with this choice, has challenged Trump and chosen confrontation over compromise. Even a BBC analyst, who for years tried to marginalize the revolution with a barrage of propaganda, reluctantly acknowledged the scenes of millions of Iranians pledging allegiance to the new leader and was stunned by such grandeur amidst the bombs.
The new leader of the revolution, contrary to what the enemy imagines, is not just a cleric but a veteran fighter from the war fronts. He studied for years under his martyred father and learned to recognize the enemy from someone who challenged America for forty years and never retreated for a moment. The great difference between the new leader and his predecessors is that he has experienced the enemy up close, is himself in the front line of victims and mourners, and shares the grief of the avenging nation.
So it is not without reason to say that with this historic stupidity, Trump not only failed to eliminate Iran's leader but also ushered in a new era with a "young Khamenei," whose nightmare for Zionists and Americans will never end. They were looking for a leader who would not carry the burden of hatred for arrogance, but they faced a leader who is the very embodiment of that hatred and a clear example of the oppressed Iranian nation. Today, Iran has a leader who, like every single one of its people, is in mourning and knows full well what revenge means and from whom it must be taken. A new beginning with a young Khamenei, and a never-ending nightmare for America and Israel.
