NOSHAHR The Khazar Industrial Complex, located in the northern Iranian port city of Noshahr, is due to be opened by the minister of roads and transportation on April 28, said an official here yesterday.

The General Director of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ports and Shipping Organization in Mazandaran and Golestan provinces, Gholamreza Sassani, added, "The establishment of the Khazar Complex will definitely lead to an increase in the volume of goods transported between Iran and the Caspian Sea littoral states, Central Asia and the Caucasus, Eastern and Northern Europe, and the Indian Subcontinent."
