TEHRAN – The six boilers slated to be installed on a refinery located at the South Pars gas development phases 9 and 10 were unloaded at Bandar Pars and are on their way to the field, a fax released by Pars Oil and Gas Co. (POGC) said on Monday.

The boilers, each weighing 200 tons, are being carried to the main site by bogie trailer trucks to supply the refinery with its required utilities including water, electricity and steam upon installation, the report added.

Upon completion, the refinery however, will produce around 50 million cubic meters of natural gas per day plus 80,000 bpd of gas condensates, one million tons of ethane, 1,050,000 tons of liquefied propane and butane gases as well as 400 tons of sulfur per day, the report also explained.
