TEHRAN – Morteza Rostami from Iran finished runner-up in the 8th weight category of the world taekwondo tournament in Beijing, the capital of China, Monday.

Rostami was whitewashed by his Malian rival 4-0 in the final.

Iran has so far snatched two silver and one bronze medals.

Yussef Karami is the last player who represents Iran in the world meet today.
