Iran to offer 9 oil companies by tender, 8 in TSE

TEHRAN – Shares of nine oil companies will be sold by tender and of 8 more in the Tehran Stock Exchange, the TSE managing director announced here on Wednesday.
Talking to MNA, Ali Rahmani added that the companies will be privatized in line with the enforcement of Article 44 of the Constitution.Isfahan and Tabriz refining companies are the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company’s (NIORDC) subsidiaries while the North Drilling Company (NDC) is affiliated to the National Iranian Oil Company’s (NIOC), and the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) will offer four provincial affiliates in the TSE
