TEHRAN -- The Palestinian nation, which is defending its honor and religion with “empty hands”, will surely achieve victory, President Mahmud Ahmadinejad said in a telephone conversation with Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniya on Wednesday.

Israeli military raided on the Gaza Strip on Tuesday and left at least 19 dead.
“The Zionist regime and its supporters believe they can force the Palestinian nation to retreat through committing such crimes, but they are wrong,” Ahmanidehad stated.
Haniya appreciated Iran’s support for the Palestinians and said his nation’s resistance will not be hindered by such atrocities and the enemies will finally fail.
