GUANGZHOU – Iranian weightlifter Morteza Rezaeian snatched a silver medal in the men's tournament at the Asian Games.

In the 69kg category, Rezaeian lifted 147kg in snatch and 177 in clean and jerk.
He finished tied on an aggregate of 324kg with Kim Kum Sok from DPR Korea but Kim got the nod due to his lower bodyweight and the Iranian won the silver.
Triyatno of Indonesia won the bronze medal by lifting 321kg in total
