MANILA Philippine former first lady Imelda Marcos faces possible arrest for failing to appear Friday before a Senate inquiry into her late husband's alleged ill-gotten wealth, officials said. The Senate blue ribbon committe, which convened the hearing to determine Marcos's claim of astounding wealth, said it has issued a subpeona against the flamboyant widow to appear in the next hearing on Monday.
