Guam coach Gary White said that they are ready to play Iran football team in the 2018 World Cup Qualifier match.

Just five days away from their World Cup Qualifier match against Team Melli, Guam’s players and staff don’t have visas to enter Iran for the game, Pacific Daily News wrote.

“As coach of the Guam national team, my responsibility is the preparation of the team and the players for this FIFA World Cup (Qualifier) game against Iran at the (Azadi) Stadium,” White said.

“My very competent executive board and office (at the Guam Football Association) are handling all logistical affairs. … We are focused, we are ready,” the Englishman said.

With six points from two games, Guam lead the group ahead of Iran who was held against Turkmenistan in its opener.
