Palestine must be given full UN membership: official

altTEHRAN – Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has said that proposals for making Palestine a non-member observer at the United Nations are a plot to undermine the resistance movement. 

He also said that Iran will support any motion aimed at restoring the Palestinians’ rights, adding that the Islamic Republic believes that Palestine must at least be granted full membership of the UN.
