Pro-reform party announces formation

TEHRAN – During a congress of reformist groups held in Tehran on Friday, the pro-reform Islamic Iran’s National Unity and Cooperation Party announced its formation. 
 
Mohammad Reza Rahchamani, a former MP, will lead the party. 
 
Prominent reformist figures, including former vice president Mohammad Reza Aref, National Confidence Party deputy chief Rasul Montajabnia, and MP Mohammad Reza Tabesh attended the congress.
