TEHRAN – The deputy commander of the IRGC Naval Force on Saturday said if it hadn’t been for Iran’s wisdom and self-restraint, some regional countries would have already ignited a war in the Persian Gulf region.

Alireza Tangsiri regretted that the enemy is using the ignorance and naiveté of certain regional rulers, “who have also been supporting Daesh so far,” in order to implement its scenarios in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman, Fars reported.
